SEATTLE — Seattle police detectives have re-arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with a deadly downtown Seattle crash that killed a 74-year-old woman and seriously injured three others.
Detectives with the Traffic Collision Investigation Squad re-arrested Aboubacarr Singhateh on Monday morning after his release from a treatment facility, according to Seattle police.
