SEATTLE — Amazon.com is rolling out its ultra-fast delivery service, Amazon Now, to dozens of cities and millions of customers across the U.S.
Amazon Now offers thousands of fresh groceries, everyday household essentials, and locally relevant items delivered in about 30 minutes or less. The service is now widely available in Atlanta, Dallas–Fort Worth, Philadelphia, and Seattle, and is expanding rapidly to additional markets including Austin, Houston, Minneapolis, Orlando, Phoenix, Denver, and Oklahoma City.
The company said it plans to extend Amazon Now to tens of millions of customers in these and other cities by the end of the year. Customers can check availability in their area and shop the Amazon Now store through Amazon’s website amazon.com/now or the app.
