SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – officers from the Shreveport Police Department were patrolling the 2500 block of Vivian Street when they stopped a vehicle with what they described as a fake temporary license plate.
According to the police, during the traffic stop on July 4th, just before 7 p.m., they interacted with the driver, Eric Stephens, and his passenger, Quincy Bogan.
They say both men were found to be armed with firearms, which led to a further investigation…
