SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The City of Shreveport is kicking off Phase 2 of its Block by Block Initiative.
Phase 2 kicks off with two major community infrastructure projects, the city announced Wednesday, July 15. The projects will take place in the Highland and Mooretown neighborhoods.
