To some, the term sushi restaurant may conjure an image of only eating raw fish, but the truth is there are also many options at a sushi restaurant that are cooked, like shrimp tempura rolls and crawfish rolls, deep fried and baked rolls, as well as veggie-only options like avocado and cucumber or California rolls.
My favorite sushi dishes are raw yellowfin tuna and salmon, and cooked shrimp tempura and cooked eel, which always comes with a sweet eel sauce.
