The Highland Area Partnership is bringing us the 22nd Annual Highland Jazz and Blues Festival (presented by Live! Casino and Hotel) on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Running from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Shreveport’s historic Highland neighborhood, this favorite local festival is free for everyone to attend.
Beyond the iconic music, Columbia Park will feature over 70 food trucks and artisan vendors, a dedicated pet area for your furry friends, and a hands-on Children’s Area filled with local art activities.
