SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The following information is provided by the Shreveport Police Department:
“On October 4, 2026, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Shreveport Police officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 700 block of Dodd Street.
Officers learned that Randell Rotharmel (10/14/1988) allegedly forced his way into a bedroom during an argument, grabbed a woman by the neck, forced her to the floor, and repeatedly head-butted her. A witness reported hearing the woman scream that she could not breathe and intervened to pull Rotharmel off her…
