In a notice from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, we’re told that beginning today, Thursday, October 15, the left (inside) lane of LA 526 (Bert Kouns Ind. Loop) eastbound and westbound will experience intermittent closures from I-49 to Linwood Avenue in Shreveport.
