SHREVEPORT, La. — A Shreveport woman has been arrested and charged with arson following an investigation into a vacant residential fire that broke out Thursday.
The fire was reported in the 3100 block of Parkhurst Street. Engine 8 arrived first and reported heavy smoke and flames billowing from the rear of the single-family residence before launching an aggressive fire attack.
