SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Vegans on the Run now has its own space on Texas Avenue in Shreveport, where new businesses are opening on one block. Owners and elected officials say they want more.
Dr. Joslin Mar-Dai Pickens, owner of Vegans on the Run, has thought about the day for a long time.
“And so, it’s so meaningful and so important that Shreveport has supported me so much that I can open a brick and mortar. That’s no small thing,” Pickens said.
