BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A Bossier City police sergeant is going beyond his duties in law enforcement to help people experiencing homelessness through an initiative that gives used boots and clothing a second life.
Sgt. Roy Short has served with the Bossier City Police Department for 20 years. He began his career on patrol and has spent nearly two years overseeing the department’s domestic violence unit.
