SHREVEPORT, LA. (KTAL/KMSS) – Frozen precipitation and multiple consecutive rainy days have made one Shreveport infrastructure issue worse – potholes. The city says they work year-round fixing potholes, but weather like this can cause a backlog. Most of the holes need to be patched with a hot asphalt mix, and it needs to be a certain temperature outside to do it.
