SHREVEPORT, La. — Shreveport police have arrested two people in connection with Monday’s shooting death of a teenager but have yet to get their hands on the gunman. That’s where the public comes in. Detectives urge community members who may have witnessed the deadly shooting or who have information about what happened to call them.
