SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Two-time champion of the Louisiana Soul Food Festival Chef Greta Taylor of Uneeda Chef has accepted Shreveport’s Vegan Chef Challenge. The month-long event challenges local chefs to create new vegan meals for their menus. However, she’s taking the challenge a step further and plans to create a new item for every day of the month.
