SHREVEPORT, La. – The African American Parade Celebration in Shreveport will celebrate its 36th year on Saturday, Feb. 3 with a massive parade. The theme of African Americans and the Arts coincides with the national theme for Black History Month. It is the largest African American parade in the nation in the month of February.
