SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Enrollment is now open for the 2024-2025 Bobbie Cates Hicks Science and Medicine Academic Research Training (SMART) program. This BRF endeavor allows high school seniors to work in labs alongside LSU Health Shreveport researchers and their teams. It is open to students in Caddo, Bossier and DeSoto parishes.
