SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Shreveport Police Department has announced plans are progressing to build a new police headquarters on Texas Avenue. The new headquarters will be located at 1234 Texas Ave. in Shreveport. On Thursday, Feb. 8, city and police leaders, and architects met to discuss the upcoming demolition and construction of this project.
