BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) – The driver of an 18-wheeler has been arrested after his rig jackknifed on I-20 in Bossier Monday night (Feb. 12). Louisiana State Police says just before 8:30 p.m. Monday night, troopers and officers with the Bossier City Police Department responded to I-20 W at I-220 W about a jackknifed 18-wheeler. The 18-wheeler was blocking both lanes of travel, police say.
