BOSSIER CITY, La. – State highway officials are still evaluating traffic in the Interstate 20 construction zone and will determine at a later date if it needs to be closed. Meanwhile, local government officials, law enforcement and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development are working together to increase awareness and enforcement in the work zone, DOTD spokeswoman Erin Buchanan said in a news conference Friday afternoon.
