SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS)- G-Unit’s Growth Advisor Orville Hall went before the Shreveport Downtown Development Authority to present their plan for downtown Shreveport. They have purchased several properties downtown because they have identified an area they call the gateway. The gateway is where cars exit the interstate into downtown Shreveport, including the Texas Street area.
