BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A Shreveport artist has designed the new “I Voted” sticker for this year’s election. Louisiana Secretary of State Nancy Landry will show the commissioned design at 9 a.m. Monday, July 8 at the Old Governor’s Mansion. William Joyce, the artist and Academy Award winner, will be at the unveiling.
