Shreveport, LA – In a transformative move, Lakesia Williams, a plastic surgeon’s assistant from Shreveport, Louisiana, has become a first-time homeowner with the help of an $18,000 Homebuyer Equity Leverage Partnership (HELP) grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), facilitated through ANECA Federal Credit Union (ANECA).
