Schools take on Better Me, Better School Challenge to improve, earn cash awards

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Four high schools take on the challenge to be better and earn award money for their school’s programs and student activities. In the 2024-2025 school year, four Shreveport schools are taking on the Ryan Williams Better Me, Better School Challenge, which encourages awards for schools based on participation and good behavior. The awards that are given either go to the school’s athletic program or where the students and parents decide.
