SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – A victim was walking when someone approached him asking for money. After he told the suspect he had no money, he was shot. On Sept. 6, at 10:42 p.m., the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) responded to a report of a gunshot victim who arrived at a local hospital by private vehicle.
