SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – SWEPCO crews are working on the scene of an incident that has caused power outages along Line Avenue. Southwestern Electric Power Company crews are on the scene of a large tree down on Stephenson Street and Fairfield Avenue. Due to the incident, 292 residents and businesses along Line Avenue are without power.
