SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – It’s that time of year again. The Red River Revel will be back starting next weekend, bringing in all of the fun to the ArkLaTex. “The theme is Vamonos Riendo, which translates literally to ‘we all go laughing together.’ It’s a colloquial saying that’s usually from Mexican heritage,” said Logan Lewis, the festival’s executive director. “That’s kind of like young kids saying ‘let’s go, let’s have a good time’.”
