SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – North Market Street is blocked both ways and power is out in the area after a dump truck pulled down multiple power lines. On Sept. 26 at 2:19 p.m., a dump truck traveling in the 400 block of North Market Street caught and pulled down three power poles, causing power outages in the area. Traffic has been blocked on both sides of North Market Street.
