As of Monday, September 30th, Bossier City’s traffic will have a new and efficient way to travel the city on the Walter O. Bigby Carriageway. The newly opened Walter O. Bigby Carriageway will connect North Bossier to South Bossier by allowing drivers to avoid highly congested areas of East Texas Street and Benton Road in Bossier City.
