A Shreveport man who was shot multiple times while riding as a passenger in a van in Mooretown Friday, October 4, 2024, has been named by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s office. Tracey Chapman, 43, was at the intersection of Powell and Singletary streets when bullets struck Chapman, mortally wounding him. He was taken to Willis-Knighton Medical Center on Greenwood Road where he succumbed to his wounds at 7:40 a.m.
