SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Following a year of controversy, the vacant Jolie Apartments has again caught fire. On Oct. 11 at 5:25 a.m., the Shreveport Fire Department (SFD) responded to a fire at The Jolie Apartments on Quail Creek Road near Shreveport-Barksdale Highway. The fire was reported by someone who happened to be passing by and saw heavy black smoke.
