BOSSIER PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office is warning residents that scams are on the rise in Bossier Parish. Detectives say someone with a foreign accent, who claims to be a “Sergeant Brian Collins with the Bossier Sheriff’s Office Small Claims Division” tells potential victims they owe the Sheriff’s Office money.
