SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The Shreveport Police Department has arrested a man for reportedly leading officers on a high-speed chase. SPD officials say during the early morning hours of Thursday, Nov. 14, officers tried to pull over a gray Lexus near Hearne Avenue and Lakeshore Drive. The driver initially slowed down, police say, and signaled their intention to turn onto W College Street. Soon after though, the driver accelerated quickly onto W College, starting a chase.
