LUFKIN, Texas (KPLC) – The FBI is seeking information from victims of several investment schemes that targeted people in Louisiana. Matthew Jess Thrash, of Lufkin, Texas, was indicted on wire fraud charges connected to multiple fraud schemes between 2012 and 2024. Investigators believe his victims include people in Shreveport in Lake Charles.
