SHREVEPORT, La. — Shreveport police arrested a felon Friday after stopping a man wearing a mask in the 4200 block of Lakeshore Drive. The man, identified as Kenneth Mitchell, was searched and had a firearm in his possession. Mitchell is prohibited from having a firearm after a 2020 conviction for accessory after the fact to attempted first-degree murder.
