SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Two suspects, with a history of stolen vehicle arrests, have been arrested for alleged possession of stolen vehicles again. On Dec. 30, the Shreveport Police Department(SPD) Violent Crimes Apprehension Team (VCAT) responded to the 640 block of West 72nd Street after an SPD K-9 unit had located two stolen vehicles. Upon arrival, officers discovered that one of the vehicles, parked east of the address, was discovered with two firearms inside. The second vehicle was found in the front yard of the residence.
