CADDO PARISH, La – A central Louisiana man whose car rolled over in south-central Caddo Parish, killing him, has been named by the Caddo Parish coroner’s office. Ronald Kelly Jr., 33, of Alexandria, died just before 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2025, when his northbound vehicle crossed into the southbound lane of Highway 169 at Pine Orchard Road, driving into a roadside ditch and overturning.
