Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department joined the Southern Hills community on Friday for the annual Chili Cook-Off, an event that celebrated friendly competition and community bonding.
Officers mingled with attendees, participating in games and trivia that added to the lively atmosphere.
SPAR Parks showcased their team spirit with representatives from AB Palmer, Airport Park, Lakeside, Mamie Hicks, and Southern Hills competing for the top chili honors.
