SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) — Shreveport City Council members went on record Tuesday (Feb. 25) as supporting state legislation that would make it a crime for landlords to misappropriate rental funds intended to be used for utility payments.
The resolution for Steven Jackson’s House Bill 6 was unanimous.
