Tenants struggling to live with limited water supply at Shreveport apartments

Kee James gets water to her apartment for four hours a day. It doesn’t do her a lot of good.

“I work everyday. When I come home after 8 o’clock at night I can’t bathe properly, or I have to go somewhere else to take a shower,” James said.
