A relatively peaceful day at a Line Avenue Family Dollar was interrupted last Tuesday when every store-clerk’ nightmare scenario happened.
A woman came in to the store with what the witnesses described as a sawn-off shotgun, went up to the clerk at the counter, and demanded that they hand over the cash. The clerk did what the woman with the gun said and gave her the money. Then the woman took the money and left the store on foot.
