GREENWOOD, La. (KSLA) – Deputies with the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a fatal wreck just before 6:30 a.m. on Monday, March 10.
The incident happened in the 8000 block of W 70th Street near the crossing of Golden Meadows Road and Winburn Drive.
Preliminary details from the sheriff’s office show a man was walking west on W 70th in the left-hand lane. He was then hit from behind by a 2003 Chevy Silverado pickup truck that was also headed west, officials say. The man was thrown over the hood of the truck and landed in the road, where he was hit again, this time by a 2016 Toyota Avalon…
