Bossier Parish Sheriff Julian Whittington and a group of area officials put on orange shirts Monday morning and picked up trash under an I-220 bridge.
Whittington and the accompanying mayors, city workers and others announced Saturday’s Operation Clean Sweep, intended to make Bossier City and the parish cleaner.
