SHREVEPORT, La. — Three men — two from Bossier Parish and one from Caddo Parish — have been arrested for allegedly stealing and selling thousands of dollars worth of copper wire from AT&T job sites, CPSO said in a news release Thursday.
Jermaine Johns, 46, was taken into custody Friday following a joint investigation by the Caddo and Bossier sheriffs’ offices into wire thefts occurring in both parishes.
CPSO Investigator Chris Morgan received a tip about three men stealing copper wire from AT&T job sites. He worked with BPSO investigators and obtained search warrants for the suspects’ residences. Investigators discovered AT&T copper wire remnants and associated tools at all locations…
