SHREVEPORT, La. ( KTAL/KMSS ) — Guests will be able to enjoy this year’s Anime Fest in Shreveport.
According to its website, Shreveport Anime-Fest will feature a roster of anime industry professionals, and fandom-related celebrities will be in attendance for fans to meet and greet. The event will also have appearances from voice actors from popular shows including “Dragon Ball Z,” “Ed, Edd & Eddy,” “Fullmetal Alchemist,” and “My Hero Academia.” In addition, guests will also be able to attend Anime Panels and meet local Manga artists and vendors.

This year’s event will have a lip sync and cosplay contest. Guests will also be able to get their hands on some anime candy, magazines, toys, video games, apparel, and jewelry.
