SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Happy Monday! The front from yesterday is still slowly making its way out of the region, and it is expected to continue to bring rain/storms, remaining sub-severe, to our southernmost counties/parishes. The initial front should exit by the mid-morning hours, but scattered showers may still flow in from the southwest until the early evening. This will leave the rest of the region under mostly sunny or partly cloudy skies for today, and highs will reach the lower 80s and upper 70s.
Today will feel comfortable around the region due to the cold front passing through yesterday. Northerly winds will flow in for a brief period of time before the wind direction shifts back to southerly, bringing more chances for rain on Tuesday. Isolated showers will be possible for Tuesday, but for the most part, conditions should remain dry through the day. Highs should also jump into the low to middle 80s, with some reaching the upper 80s!…
