Shreveport Police Arrest Multiple Suspects in 22-Vehicle Theft Scheme from Local Dealership

SHREVEPORT, La. — A months-long investigation by the Shreveport Police Department has resulted in the arrest of multiple suspects tied to the theft of 22 vehicles from Morgan Buick GMC on Business Park Drive.

The case began in November 2024 when officers responded to a report of the large-scale vehicle theft. Detectives with the SPD Property Crimes Unit soon discovered that the scheme was orchestrated by a dealership employee, identified as Joshua Ratliff, who allegedly stole multiple key fobs from the business. These fobs were then used to systematically remove vehicles from the lot with the help of several accomplices.
