Man with 15 warrants arrested after allegedly hitting woman in face during domestic incident

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – ALL INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED BY THE SHREVEPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT:

On April 27, a Shreveport Police detective working overtime patrol duties responded to a domestic disturbance call that resulted in a key arrest.

Shortly after 9 a.m., the detective was dispatched to the 1900 block of Patzman Street in reference to an assault and battery incident. Upon arrival, the victim reported that Marcus Williams had come to her residence in an aggressive manner and struck her in the face. At the time of the incident, four children were present, ranging in age from 1 to 12 years old. The victim sustained visible injuries, including swelling, facial redness, and broken eyeglasses…
