On April 27, a Shreveport Police detective working overtime patrol duties responded to a domestic disturbance call that resulted in a key arrest.
Shortly after 9 a.m., the detective was dispatched to the 1900 block of Patzman Street in reference to an assault and battery incident. Upon arrival, the victim reported that Marcus Williams had come to her residence in an aggressive manner and struck her in the face.
