Shreveport, LA – On Saturday evening around 7:50 PM, Shreveport Police Department officers responded to a call about a suspicious man dressed in a ski mask in the middle of April in Louisiana—an unusual sight for the warm spring weather.
The caller described the man as creeping around the Hassett and Oak Crest area, and officers arrived on the scene shortly after.
