SHREVEPORT, La. – There has been some serious flooding issues in recent days with massive amounts of rain coming down in parts of the ArkLaTex.
One of the areas that has seen some road closures and high water is south Caddo Parish.
The road closed barricades are ready to go on Linwood Avenue in south Caddo Parish, as you head towards DeSoto Parish near Barron Road. They were up because of the high water and flooding from a few days ago. Those who live in the area or travel that way should be prepared because the barricades could be up again on Tuesday…
