SHREVEPORT, La. – Shreveport’s historic Fairmont Apartments is back open following a $21 million renovation.
Midland Residence, the company behind the renovations, says the changes restore the building’s original 1952 charm while modernizing systems and amenities. New amenities include a fitness center, community room, and a computer learning center.
“The transformation of the building from what it was to what it is is nothing short of miraculous and astonishing,” said Midland CEO Michael Packard. “We’re happy to be able to provide a service and we’re happy to be in Shreveport and we appreciate the support of Louisiana Housing Corporation.”…
